I have to say one of the things that I dislike the most is packing up and moving. Now don't get me wrong, I am super glad to be getting out of this apartment and into a house. We have lived in a 3 bedroom apartment for 3 years now and I have loathed it for 2 and 1/2 of those years. The maintenance was horrible for the most part, the owners a pain to deal with, and in my current health for the past year the stairs have been just horrible on me. So yes I am super trilled to be moving to a house that is bigger with no stairs and so far seems to be good owners. It doesn't hurt that the rent is cheaper as well. However I absolutely hate the process of moving. All of the packing and loading and then once you finally get everything moved you have to put it all up again. I have already thrown my back out and we are not even halfway moved yet. Oh well onward and upward. If only there was a moving faerie that could *poof* my stuff there for me...lol
Have a great Wednesday!!!

“All of the packing and loading and then once you finally get everything moved you have to put it all up again.” - I'm sure we all get this frustration! Moving can be sad and exciting, but it's the packing part that is the most dreadful. But it's all part of it, and we can only do so much as making sure all our belongings are packed and shipped well for a less hassle experience.

That's true, Renea! If you despise packing so much, you could ask help from family and friends. But of course, it's better if we do it our own to make sure we didn't left anything important behind. One tip I can give you is to plan your moving and packing ahead, and do it one at a time. [Pedro@PackCrateAndShip.com]
ReplyDeleteMoving into a house that you can finally call your own is definitely something to be excited about. A new place means a new start. As much as possible, you want to fill it with the things that you love and that includes some of your properties back in the old house. No matter how stressful the move was, I am certain that it will be worth it after the unpacking has been successfully done.
